This wok is very easy to make, and also very healthy. Adjust the chili and garlic to your own preference.
1 fresh red chili
3 cloves of garlic
1 package of ready to wok noodles (contains 2 in Norway, use both)
200 gram pork
450-500 gram frozen vegetables
Start by frying the pork in a pan. If you prefer to use oil for frying, use a little garlic olive oil for a more tasty finish.
Rinse the ready to wok noodles in cold water and let them dry for a few minutes. Put them in a pan and mix with the frozen vegetables, cut chili and garlic. Mix the fried pork with the other ingredients and heat until the vegetables are crispy. Pour some soy sauce over, mix everything well and enjoy!
